Fundamentals and Flow: Beginner Level Class
Start your reformer journey here. Fundamentals & Flow is designed to introduce you to the core principles of Pilates while developing strength, control, and confidence on the reformer.
Strength and Flow: Intermediate Level Class
For those ready to deepen their Pilates practice, Strength & Flow brings more challenge and intensity. This class focuses on building strength, precision, and stamina through progressive sequences and controlled, powerful movement.
Jump and Flow: Cardio Based Class
Add a burst of energy to your Pilates routine. Jump & Flow combines the reformer with the jump board for a low-impact, high-energy cardio workout. Expect dynamic sequences that improve power, coordination, and endurance
Dance and Flow: Specifically for Dancers
Created especially for dancers, Dance & Flow blends classical Pilates technique with dance-inspired conditioning. This class focuses on alignment, balance, and controlled strength — helping to refine technique, enhance flexibility, and support injury prevention.
Classes can be bought as a one off for £20 a class, a 5 class pack for £85 (to be used in 8 weeks), or a 10 class pack for £180 (to be used in 12 weeks)
