Perfect for beginners or those returning after a break, this course introduces the key principles of reformer Pilates, including alignment, breathing, and core activation. Across the sessions, you’ll learn how to use the reformer safely and effectively while developing strength, flexibility, and body awareness. Each class is structured to help you gain confidence at a steady, supportive pace. By the end of the course, you’ll feel more comfortable on the reformer and ready to progress to improver-level classes.
