Designed for clients who are comfortable with the fundamentals of Reformer Pilates and ready to progress their strength, control, and coordination. These classes build on foundational exercises with more flowing sequences, increased resistance, balance challenges, and deeper core work. Expect a full-body workout that improves mobility, stability, posture, and muscular endurance while continuing to refine technique and movement quality.
