COVID-19 Guidelines

Considering the current global pandemic, we have made some changes to the way we are working to keep you and ourselves as safe as possible.

  • Prior to a face to face appointment you will be contacted by one of our physiotherapists to deem if an in person appointment is appropriate. At this time, the physiotherapist will also complete a covid screen with yourself.

  • You will be required to wear a face mask for the duration of your appointment.

  • Your physiotherapist will wear PPE for the duration of your appointment.

  • Where possible social distancing will be observed throughout your appointment.

  • The treatment room is disinfected after each appointment following a strict cleaning protocol.

  • Where possible we will only be accepting online payments.

  • If you or any member of your household is displaying symptoms of Covid-19 including a high temperature, new continuous cough or a loss of taste and/or smell please cancel your appointment.

  • If you or any of your household have had a positive covid-19 test please cancel your appointment.

  • If you are living in an area with local lockdown restrictions please contact your physiotherapist ahead of your appointment to discuss if a face to face appointment is appropriate.
