Covid-19 Guidelines for Pilates Retreat

Considering the current global pandemic, we have made some changes to the way we are working to keep you and ourselves as safe as possible.

Prior to the Retreat:

  • All clients will be asked to complete a COVID-19 disclaimer which will be emailed before the start of the Retreat. This is to ensure clients are aware of the symptoms of COVID-19 and are not to attend the retreat if any symptoms are present.

  • Clients are encouraged to take a lateral flow test prior to attending the retreat.  If you do not have access to this then lateral flow tests will be available on arrival if so required.

During the retreat:

  • Guidelines at Stackpole centre require the use of a facemask in social areas unless 2 meters apart or in the dinning area.

During classes:

  • Clients will be asked to ensure social distancing within the classes at the retreat at all times.

  • There will only be 12 people allowed in the class spaced 2 meters apart.

  • Clients will be advised to wear a face mask upon entering the class which is to be kept in place until they arrive at their designated spot.

  • Clients will be asked to use the hand sanitiser provided on entry and exit of the class.

  • The instructor will wear a face mask until class starts and when the class finishes.  During the class verbal and visual feedback only will be given with no tactile feedback. In the event of an emergency the instructor will wear a face mask and visor to treat the client.

  • Where possible windows will be kept open to aid ventilation.

  • High contact areas will be cleaned with disinfectant wipes following the class.
