Our Pilates service is delivered by Pippa. Pippa is a certified Pilates instructor with the Australian Physiotherapy and Pilates Institute. She teaches a form of ‘modified Pilates’ which allows adaptations for pain, pathology and function, increasing accessibility for all. Pilates is based on a set of principles which exercise the whole body. The key principles of Pilates include precision and control of body movements, body awareness, breathing control, and continued flow of movement. Pilates exercises combine strength & mobility allowing your body’s natural movement patterns to become more effective and efficient.
PHYSIO LED PILATES CLASSES
1 hour Physio Led Pilates classes held at a number of locations in Bridgend. Classes are kept small to ensure high quality teaching.
Please note spaces are limited and classes must be booked in advance of attendance.
We are excited to offer a range of pre-recorded online classes. These classes give you the ability to complete your Pilates exercises at a time and date that is convenient to you.
MUM AND BABY PILATES CLASSES
Block of 6 - 1 hour Pilates classes specifically designed to aid a safe return to exercise following pregnancy and birth.
This class allows you to exercise without the worry of childcare as you can bring your baby to the class.
We offer the opportunity for a more immersive Pilates experience through our weekend Pilates retreats. These retreats are run by Pippa on a number of weekends throughout the year.
